BOTANIKA Workshop

With the arrival of spring, in this workshop of art therapy and self-awareness, we also look at our own inner growth. We will work with the tools of collage and symbolic therapy to understand the forces at work within us and where we are in the process of germinating from seed to flower.

What can you expect?

Using the symbolism of plants, we explore what our own dormant seeds, root systems and flowers tell us about ourselves.

We will create using the collage technique. Using a variety of images, colours, textures and plant parts we allow the garden that lives within us to be born.
