If you’d like to learn more about kombucha, make it yourself, and deepen your knowledge, this workshop is for you!

What to expect:
We’ll knead and bake a sourdough bread and create focaccia using goodies grown in the garden.
And of course, we’ll be tasting plenty along the way – so come with an empty stomach :)
Basics and techniques:
Learn how to make the perfect kombucha at home, what ingredients to use, and how to control the fermentation process.
Flavor variations:
Get tips on how to create unique flavors and experiment with second fermentation – discover how many delicious combinations you can craft!
Hands-on guidance:
All your questions will be answered so you can confidently ferment at home.
We’ll go over common mistakes and key things to watch during the process.
Everyone will go home with their own starter culture and recipe to begin their fermentation adventure right away!
Throughout the workshop, we’ll be tasting continuously – paired flavors with Szabi’s divine breads!
