METRO festival
On 22 May 2023, one of the biggest Budapest projects of recent years, the renovation of the M3 metro line, was completed.
The capital, celebrating its 150th birthday this year, is bringing a fitting end to five years of transfers, replacement buses, escalators and waiting: on 15 and 16 June, concerts, exhibitions, stand-up comedy and a playground will be held at the renovated metro stations.
On the M3, the "blue" metro line, you can expect unusual and special experiences at the renovated stops at Nagyvárad tér, Corvin district, Kálvin tér, Deák Ferenc tér, Arany János utca, Nyugati pályaudvar and Lehel tér. Get ready for a variety of activities at stations with different atmospheres.

Budapest
The best things to do in Budapest! Several medieval bridges connect the 2 sides of the city that give it its name: Buda and Pest. Cruising along the Danube is a great way to see Budapest in all its glory.
