Two mugs of 80% rum: the daily ration of the British navy in the 1600s. Although the high alcohol content of the drink proved to be an excellent tension reliever, it was undoubtedly not a particularly tasty experience. But a good quality, aged rum is not only a princely drink on its own, but also as a cocktail. In this workshop we will show you how to get the most out of rum's unique molasses flavours.
